2. Course Enrollment
Enrollment is subject to availability and the student meeting the academic criteria for the respective class. The institute reserves the right to refuse admission or terminate enrollment based on performance or conduct.
3. Fee Structure & Refunds
Regarding financial commitments:
- Fees must be paid on or before the specified due date each month.
- Late payments may attract a nominal fine as per institute policy.
- Registration fees are non-refundable.
- Monthly tuition fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable.
4. Student Conduct
Students are expected to maintain discipline, respect teachers and fellow students, and adhere to the institute's code of conduct. Any form of harassment, bullying, or vandalism will result in immediate termination of enrollment.
5. Attendance Policy
Regular attendance is crucial for academic success. Parents will be notified of absences via automated WhatsApp alerts. Continuous unauthorized absence for more than 7 days may lead to suspension from classes.
6. Intellectual Property
All study materials, test papers, and digital content provided by Divya Lakshya Classes are the intellectual property of the institute. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.
7. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Patna, Bihar.
